Friday evening, the JV and varsity teams held a team scrimmage on the practice field at West Branch High School. In the interest of safety, the scrimmage was open to only team staff and the family of players. In addition, per IHSAA guidelines, the two squads did not scrimmage each other, nor intermingle.

The varsity Bears open their season this coming Friday, August 28th, at 7pm at the Little Rose Bowl against Tipton. The JV Bears open their season the following Monday, August 31st at 6pm, also at the Little Rose Bowl against Tipton.
